By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Angelizo is a small jewelry business based in the Seattle area, Washington, specializing in thoughtfully handcrafted jewelry pieces prepared with attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship.

Each piece is created with care and prepared according to the selections and information provided by the customer.

Because Angelizo creates handmade jewelry, slight variations may occur between individual pieces. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.

By using the Angelizo website, you agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

Use our website or Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law; the information you provide during checkout, account creation, or communication is accurate, complete, and current; and you have authorization to use the payment method provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Angelizo is correct, including but not limited to: name, contact information, shipping address, product selections, jewelry size, and customization requests.

*Angelizo is not responsible for delays, incorrect orders, or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

✦ Section 3 — Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our jewelry designs, colors, measurements, materials, and product details. However, please understand that:

A. Product Appearance

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and screen configuration. Angelizo cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.

B. Handmade Variations

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, minor variations may occur, including slight differences in bead placement, spacing, arrangement, or minor differences between individual pieces. These variations are not considered defects.

C. Measurements and Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and sizing guides before ordering. For bracelets and size-specific jewelry, customers should carefully measure before checkout. Slight measurement variations may occur due to handmade production. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and issues related to orders.

✦ Section 4 — Made-to-Order Products and Custom Requests

Many Angelizo jewelry pieces are prepared after an order is placed. By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge that production begins based on your selected options, changes/cancellations may not always be possible after production has started, and customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing checkout.

For custom requests, Angelizo will create the item according to the details agreed upon. Because customized and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except as described in our Refund Policy.

✦ Section 5 — Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation

When you place an order through Angelizo, you are submitting a request to purchase. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and Angelizo confirms acceptance.

Angelizo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing/product info, availability issues, or policy abuse. If canceled after payment, any applicable refund will be issued using the original payment method.

*Because many pieces are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has begun. Please review our Refund Policy.

✦ Section 6 — Pricing, Promotions, and Availability

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and descriptions may change at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information accuracy; however, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error or availability issue affects your order, Angelizo reserves the right to correct the information, contact you, or cancel the order and issue any applicable refund. Promotional offers may have additional terms that apply separately.

By submitting an order, you agree that:

All payment information provided is accurate, complete, and authorized;
You have lawful permission to use the selected payment method for your purchase;
You agree to pay all applicable charges, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes, and any other costs displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers. Angelizo does not directly store complete payment card information, such as your full card number or security code.

*Your use of payment services may also be subject to the separate terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third-party payment provider.

✦ Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Angelizo makes reasonable efforts to prepare and ship orders within the stated processing timeframe. However, once an order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the applicable carrier.

Angelizo is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shipping periods;
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers;
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after transfer to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact Angelizo as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping. Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for additional information regarding shipping concerns.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items are governed by our Refund Policy. Because many Angelizo pieces are handcrafted specifically for each customer, certain limitations may apply to returns, exchanges, cancellations, and change-of-mind requests.

For any reported issue, Angelizo reserves the right to review and verify the circumstances before approving a resolution. This may include requesting order information, photographs, videos, packaging information, or additional details necessary to evaluate the claim.

*Angelizo reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the requirements stated in our policies or that appear inconsistent with available order information.

All content available through Angelizo, including but not limited to the brand name, branding, logos, jewelry designs, product photographs, product descriptions, website text, graphics, videos, and creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Angelizo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use our website only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without prior written permission from Angelizo:

Copy or reproduce our jewelry designs;
Use our photographs or product descriptions;
Modify, distribute, publish, or use Angelizo branding and content for commercial purposes;
Represent Angelizo products or content as your own.

Unauthorized use of Angelizo intellectual property may result in legal action or other remedies available under applicable law.

Angelizo values customer feedback and may allow customers to submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, comments, suggestions, or other content. By submitting content to Angelizo, you represent that you own or have permission to provide the content, it is truthful, and it does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

By submitting content, you grant Angelizo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share such content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting Angelizo across our website, social media, marketing, and promotional content.

*Angelizo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, inappropriate, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Angelizo uses independent third-party services to support our business operations, which may include the Shopify ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, shipping protection providers, analytics, marketing, or customer communication tools. These third-party services operate independently and have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Angelizo does not control and is not responsible for the practices, availability, security, or policies of third-party providers. Our website may contain links to third-party sites; accessing them is done at your own discretion and risk. Angelizo is not responsible for any content, products, services, or transactions provided by third parties.

Angelizo's online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to customers. However, purchases made through Angelizo are transactions directly between Angelizo and the customer.

Shopify is not responsible for the products purchased, order fulfillment, customer service interactions, or any claims relating to purchases made through Angelizo. Your use of Shopify-powered services may also be subject to Shopify's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Your use of Angelizo Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
